Stay Human gives you a single card each day with one small, human act on it: call the friend you laugh hardest with, go outside for nine minutes with no phone, make something ugly with your hands. You turn the card over, do the thing, then hold the button to stamp it lived. That is the whole app. No feed, no scroll, no numbers demanding your attention.
A card is a suggestion, never medical or mental health advice. Some cards ask you to move, go outside, or talk to someone, and any of them can be skipped without losing anything: the card simply stays face down in your library. Anything that would be unsafe or unwelcome for you is not worth doing because a card said so.
A fresh card is ready each day. If you turn on reminders, the app nudges you once at a random moment inside a time window you choose. The reminder never spoils the card. You open it to find out.
No, that is on purpose. Every device gets its own unique daily order, so almost nobody sees the same card on the same day. Nothing to fix.
By design, it is one card a day. That is the point. Come back tomorrow. If you own extra packs, their cards fold into your daily rotation.
No subscriptions, ever. Packs and the full-deck bundle are one-time purchases. You buy a pack once and own it forever. No timers, no duplicates, no gacha.
Open the Shop or Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. Because your purchases are tied to your Apple ID and remembered by Apple, this brings back everything you have bought.
Yes, and we want to be straight with you. Your progress, streak, score, and attached photos live only on your device. They are not backed up to us, so deleting the app or switching phones starts your progress fresh. Your purchases, though, can always be restored with Restore Purchases. If keeping your streak matters to you, do not delete the app.
Open the You tab inside the app to set your reminder window or turn reminders off. You can also manage them in iOS Settings under Notifications.
When you attach a photo to a card, the app only ever sees the one photo you pick, never your whole library, and it never uploads it anywhere. Everything stays on your device. No account needed, no analytics, no tracking. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

Reminders not showing up? Check that notifications are allowed for Stay Human in iOS Settings → Notifications, and confirm your reminder window in the You tab.
